1. Essential storage only

Interactive Calendar does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only browser storage that is necessary to authenticate users, protect the service, remember that the cookie notice has been dismissed, preserve the collapsed sidebar preference and support the installable PWA shell.

No optional tracking cookies. Because Interactive Calendar does not place optional advertising or analytics cookies, there is no advertising/analytics consent toggle to enable or disable.

2. Session cookie

In production, Interactive Calendar uses the cookie __Host-IC_SESSION.

  • Purpose: maintain your authenticated session, secure Google OAuth state and protect state-changing requests against CSRF.
  • Type: strictly necessary first-party session cookie.
  • Duration: browser session; it is not configured with a persistent expiry date.
  • Security: Secure, HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax, host-only, path /.

Public legal pages do not need this session cookie. A new app session is created when required for sign-in or authenticated application functionality.

3. Cookie-notice preference

When you dismiss the cookie notice, Interactive Calendar stores interactive_calendar_cookie_notice_v1 in your browser's local storage. It contains only the time at which the notice was acknowledged and is used solely to avoid showing the same notice on every visit. The application treats that acknowledgement as expired after approximately 180 days.

We also store ic-sidebar-collapsed in local storage to remember whether you collapsed the sidebar on this browser. It contains no calendar content.

4. PWA cache storage

If your browser supports Progressive Web Apps, the service worker may cache static files such as CSS, JavaScript, logos and the offline shell. Interactive Calendar does not intentionally cache personal calendar events or authenticated API responses for offline use.

5. Google and Stripe

When you choose to sign in with Google or manage payment through Stripe, your browser is redirected to domains operated by those providers. Google and Stripe may use their own cookies or browser storage under their respective policies. Those third-party cookies are not set by Interactive Calendar on calendar.interactivenet.app.

6. Managing browser storage

You can clear Interactive Calendar cookies, local storage and cached site data through your browser settings. Clearing the session cookie will sign you out. Clearing the cookie-notice preference will cause the informational notice to appear again.

7. Changes

If we later introduce optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and implement an appropriate consent mechanism before those cookies are activated where required.
