1. The service
Interactive Calendar is a calendar productivity service operated by Interactive Net Solutions. It connects to your Google Calendar account and provides an alternative interface and workflow for viewing, creating, editing, searching and organizing calendar events.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Account and Google connection
You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and for ensuring that you have authority to access and modify calendars you connect to Interactive Calendar.
Interactive Calendar can act only within the permissions granted through Google. You can revoke access through your Google account or disconnect Google from the Interactive Calendar account menu.
3. Free and Pro plans
The service may offer a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Features available to each plan are shown in the product interface. Pro may include functionality such as search, recurring-event controls and bulk event operations.
The current Interactive Calendar Pro price is 5€ / month. The exact price and any applicable taxes or billing details shown at Stripe Checkout at the time of purchase control the transaction.
4. Billing and renewal
Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees according to the checkout terms.
You can manage payment details and subscription status through the Stripe Customer Portal made available from Interactive Calendar.
5. Cancellation
Where the Customer Portal offers cancellation at the end of the billing period, your subscription remains active until the current paid period ends and will then stop renewing.
Deleting your Interactive Calendar account is different from normal end-of-period cancellation. Account deletion may trigger immediate cancellation of an active Stripe subscription and removal of local account data. If you only want to stop future renewal while keeping access through the paid period, use the subscription-management option instead of deleting the account.
6. Refunds and mandatory rights
Refunds, withdrawal rights and payment disputes are handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Your calendar content
You retain your rights in calendar content and other information you submit through Google Calendar. Interactive Calendar does not claim ownership of your events.
You instruct the service to read or modify Google Calendar data when you use actions such as create, edit, delete, move, bulk operations or recurring-event controls. You are responsible for reviewing changes before and after applying them, especially when modifying shared or recurring calendars.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use Interactive Calendar to:
- access calendars or accounts without authorization;
- interfere with, probe, overload or attempt to bypass the security of the service;
- use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
- resell, reverse engineer or misuse the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- use automated activity in a manner that violates Google, Stripe or other applicable platform rules.
9. Third-party services
Interactive Calendar depends on third-party services, including Google APIs and Stripe. Their availability, policies and technical limitations may affect the service. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, internet failures, Google API limits, Stripe outages, security events or other external conditions may temporarily affect functionality.
We may improve, modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Material changes that affect paid functionality will be handled with appropriate notice where required.
11. Data loss and backups
Google Calendar remains the primary system holding your calendar events. Interactive Calendar is not intended to replace your own backup or business-continuity practices. You should verify important changes directly in Google Calendar when necessary.
12. Intellectual property
The Interactive Calendar software, interface, branding and original materials are owned by Interactive Net Solutions or its licensors, excluding user content and third-party trademarks or services.
13. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties, to respond to security abuse, non-payment, legal requirements or material violations of these Terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are handled separately as described above.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Interactive Calendar is provided on an “as available” basis. Interactive Net Solutions is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from outages, third-party platform failures or user-initiated calendar changes. This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, subject to any mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply to you under applicable law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date on this page will be updated when a revised version is published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
